Description
Whiskey-barrel-aged red ale, fermented with Kveik yeast and our in-house mixed-culture starter. It is then macerated with cherries and sour cherries from our own orchard, cacao nibs from Zotter Chocolate, and Syrah grapes from the Nehrer Winery.
